From the phrase and I oop in a monologue by drag queen Jasmine Masters in a popular YouTube video (see quot. 2015), when hitting herself accidentally caused her to exclaim "oop!" mid-sentence in shock or surprise. See OED and, conj., OED I, pron., oops, int.
